  • Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service and your location. Within the Netherlands, expect your order to arrive within a few days. For international orders, delivery durations are as follows:

    • Netherlands: €7.25

    • Rest of the World: €9.95

    • Within Europe: 3-7 business days

    • Outside Europe: 1-2 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures or local postal services.

Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Shennit. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, here’s our refund policy:

  • Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • Return Conditions: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that Shennit does not cover the cost of shipping for returns or refunds. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products.
